The Diener Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, dining room, full kitchen complete with breakfast bar, washer and dryer, and three-season sunroom.  There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 

This is the floorplan for the Diener Cottage.  The patio & lake would be to the right of the picture.  The channel would be to the top.  The limestone driveway would be to the left. 

The cottage sleeps 4-6 people.   The maximum number of guests is 8, and a $10/per person/per night fee will be charged for guests in addition to 6.  The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a twin bed with a pop-up trundle.  The second bedroom can be set up as a single twin bed, two twin beds, or as a converted king-size bed.  The living room has a sofa bed which is a full/double-size.  And, should you request it, there is a an air mattress bed available, it can be made into two twins or a king-size bed.
