The Diener Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, dining room, full kitchen complete with breakfast bar, washer and dryer, and three-season sunroom. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
The cottage sleeps 4-6 people, additional guests up to 8 incur a $10 per person, per night charge. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a twin bed with a pop-up trundle. The second bedroom can be set up as a single twin bed, two twin beds, or as a converted king-size bed. The living room has a sofa bed which is a full/double-size. And, should you request it, there is a an air mattress bed available, it can be made into two twins or a king-size bed.
