***Notre Dame Home Game Special!***

Stay Friday & Saturday night for just $300 [does not include cleaning fee and taxes], if you stay at our cottage on a Notre Dame Home Game weekend (dates listed below).  Why not add a little relaxation to your weekend away and come to the Diener Cottage?  We're just a short 45 minute drive to Notre Dame.  Enjoy the game, but enjoy the tranquility of your own little piece of paradise, for a weekend, too.  Call or E-mail early, housing for Notre Dame weekends goes quickly!

Notre Dame Home Game Weekends:  September 5/6, September 12/13, September 26/27, October 3/4, October 31/November 1, and November 21/22

Rates:

Off-Season (September 2, 2008- May 24, 2009)
Weekend (2-night minimum): $200 (rate applies unless it's a ND home game weekend)
Weekly (Saturday-Saturday): $600

On-Season (May 25, 2009-September 7, 2009) we'll start taking reservations and post the 2009 rates for the on-season after December 31, 2008.

There is a $200 security deposit and a $25 cleaning fee and we charge a 6% Michigan lodging tax.

Policies:

Check-in time is 3pm (EST) and Check-out time is 10am (EST). Early check-in/late check-out only by prior arrangement.

This is a NON-SMOKING cottage.

Pets are not permitted under any conditions.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age without prior approval.

We accept traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.  Paypal is also accepted. 

The maximum number of guests for the cottage is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $10 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed.

This cottage requires a 3 night minimum stay, in season. Off-season minimum is 2 nights. Notre Dame Special Weekends have a 2 night minimum stay. If rental is taken for less than the minimum, the guest will be charged for the minimum night stay required.
