Now taking reservations for Summer 2011 This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. There is no smoking permitted inside the cottage, and cigarettes must be disposed of properly. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. No pet visitors. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age without prior approval. We accept traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.

Off-Season (ends May 27, 2011)
Weekly Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $675
Weekend (2 night minimum): $220
Holiday Week Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $721
Holiday Weekend (3 night minimum): $336
On-Season (May 28, 2011-September 6, 2011)
Weekly Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $775
Weekend (3 night minimum): $360
Holiday Week Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $825
Holiday Weekend (4 night minimum): $500
We book our weekly rentals first, then if there is availability
(beginning at 30 days prior to the reservation start date)
we will book less than full-week rentals.
Rates posted are rounded to the nearest dollar.
There is a $200 security deposit, which is charged separately, and a $50 cleaning fee.
You may also opt to have sheets and towels provided for your stay for an additonal $10, if not, you'll need to provide your own.
We are required to charge a 6% Michigan lodging tax.

Policies:
Check-in time is 3pm (EST) and Check-out time is 10am (EST).
Early check-in/late check-out only by prior arrangement.
Guests must dispose of trash properly and take care to keep the lawn and beach safe for bare feet.
The maximum number of guests for the cottage is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $25 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed.

At this time, we are unable to rent boats directly to our guests. Boat rentals are available locally, please inquire for further details.
