The summer filled up fast. This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age without prior approval. We accept traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.

On-Season (May 29, 2010-September 10, 2010)
Weekly Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $700
Weekend (3 night minimum): $330
Holiday Week Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $800
Holiday Weekend (3 night minimum): $380
Off-Season (September 11, 2010- May 28, 2011)
Weekly Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $615
Weekend (2 night minimum): $200
Holiday Week Rental (Saturday-Saturday): $690
Holiday Weekend (3 night minimum): $325
We book our weekly rentals first, then if there is availability
(beginning at 30 days prior to the reservation start date)
we will book less than full-week rentals.
There is a $200 security deposit and a $25 cleaning fee
and we charge a 6% Michigan lodging tax.

Policies:
Check-in time is 3pm (EST) and Check-out time is 10am (EST).
Early check-in/late check-out only by prior arrangement.
The maximum number of guests for the cottage is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $10 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed.

At this time, we are unable to rent boats directly to our guests. Boat rentals are available locally, please inquire for further details.
